For a tourist to import a car for up to 3 months, its just the cost of the ferry crossing plus insurance and a stamp in the passport which is a few pounds I think.
If you are talkng about permanently importing your car, I believe it you will have to pay quite a high import duty and the car will have to be less than 3 years old. How long are you staying in Tunisia? If for a long time, it might be worth thinking about buying a cheap car there.
