I have found buying an apartment in Tunisia a smooth and easy process. Everything was explained to me from start to finish and I was able to view as many as I wanted with no pressure, in both Sousse and Hammamet. I have now chosen one and am being looked after with the law explained to me all the way. I bought from the Tunisian House Limited, I believe they are at the moment, the only British estate agency that deals exclusively with Tunisia only. Excellent service, highly recommended.
