I know Manouba quite well since I taught at the University of Tunis (Bourguiba School) in Cite El Khadra. I went to MAnouba a few times to visit other lecturers and to visit relatives of friends I had. Quite a few of my friends in Djerba had relatives at MAnouba University. I also know Bizerte - though not well. Pretty place though.
