I forgot..donīt know if you have a business of your own, I do and somethimes I also bid on offers from official community etc. And itīs not only a issue of who is offer the best price, it also about how you meet the expectations in knowledge, skills, experience, references etc. Example..for each part you can get 10 points. If you have letīs say total 50 points and another bidder also have 50, well then the the lowest offered prices will win. But if I have 40 points, and the other have 50 but a higher offered price, he wins the bid. It can be very complexe situations and I have no knowledge about the airportbusiness in this case.
