i have stayed in soviva couple times last one was jan this year ,ok it was quiet this time of year but when i stayed last oct it was packed ,i feel very welcomed there and i have stayed in a few places in pek so i can compare . I found it pretty clean and the food was fine for an all inclusive 3 star the shows in the evening were very good in the peak season march to nov ,as for locals coming in they can use the american bar and the disco i had local friends come in when i stayed, but like any holiday it is each to there own ,
