You apply in your local registry office and they'll put both your names on it (hubby doesn't need to do anything in Tunisia). You'll need to know his full name, age DOB, home address & whether he's employed. You'll also need to state in which locality the marriage will take place (Sousse will cover it), the exact venue does not have to be confirmed. Hope that helps!
