I talked to my fiance the other day and he said "Ramadan started" (as if I didn't know, our wedding didn't work out because the authorities disqualified my papers, then he wanted me to come back as quickly as possible, and after I booked a ticket he called back and said "oh no it's ramadan, we can't get married" I know people getting married during ramadan, but not where he lives apaprently...)and I said "Yes, I know". " I can't eat or drink" he said, "Yes, I know" I said. "What are you eating today?" he said. "Well, some dates, maybe chicken..." "Any cous-cous?".. what's this, "food ****"?
He can't eat so he wants to hear all about my meals... I was not well that day (still not) and all I ended up eating was ham sandwiches, which I don't think would have impressed him much!
