It all depends what you are after though enasser has mostly got flats they start in the good blocks from around 80-90k dinars for a one bedder to around 200 for a good two three bedder and much more for a house.
However I have been told that as there are a lot of new developments in this area (practically a new area) praces are liquid so make sure you press hard for a good deal with the developer!
