Movie buffs are gearing up for the 40th annual Carthage Film Festival which will take place this November.
The festival is one of Africa's longest running and will attract thousands of people between its opening on November 11th and the grand finale on November 18th.
This year's event is running under the motto "cultural diversity" and will feature over 300 movies from around the world.
Directors from Peru, Brazil, Argentina, China, Afghanistan, India and Indonesia will all have their work displayed during the festival.
A number of different cinemas around Tunis will screen the movies, meaning visitors will be able to get a taste of many films, while also taking in some of the sights of Tunisia's capital city.
The festival has a panel of judges from across the Arab world, with Lebanese, Moroccan, Egyptian, Senegalese, Burkina Fasan and Tunisian judges present.
