Film buffs in Tunisia are preparing for Carthage Cinema Days, a film festival which looks at African and Arab movies.
The event has been running since 1996 and has proved extremely popular with people from all over the region and foreign tourists.
It has been announced that the festival will begin on November 11th and will be opened by a film called Indigenes which is directed by Algerian-born French director Rachid Bouchareb.
The film is set during World War II and has won acclaim from critics - wining an award at this year's French film festival.
Other contributions include Saudi film Shadows of Silence which is directed by Abdullah Al Mohaysin.
Mr Al Mohaysin is regarded as the father of Saudi Arabian cinema and was first introduced to the public at Carthage Cinema Days in 2004.
