Default Sousse
I heard that Sousse used to be heavily populated and a major attraction but has gone out of fashion as a place to visit or to een live in. Is this true?

If so, how did this happen?

NO change as far as I know more popular all the time. Sousse is also he most popular destination for the UK visitor I believe.

It has beaches loads of hotels and is a good place to explore the interior of Tunisia as well as being location to much of he life of Brian so I guess that Sousee would have a great future for tourists for years to come as it has a large mis of things to do.

Then the person who gave me the information must have been trying to steer me to something they could benefit from. I didn't know it was the location for the filming of The Life of Brian!

Hi as an expat living in Sousse, I would also agree that there has been no change and from what I see or hear more people visit and then decide to live in Sousse, it is a very popular tourist attraction.

Not only is there the history and cultural side to Sousse but you also have the tourist side, only about 10 mins by taxi you will fin the tourist resort of Kantaoui which is a very popular destination with plenty to see and do, as well as beaches, water sports, hundreds of hotels, the marina and then the adjoining water fountain encircled with shops and restaurants and the Hannibal Park for amusements and rides as the season hits its peak so does Sousse and Kantaoui

completely non sense! now it's invaded by algerians and lybians , in addition to tourists from europe! sousse is simply the best!
