I recently purchased a property in Chott Meriem near PEK. Its a 2 bed apartment on the M paradise complex. I finalised everything in February (pending the final Mayor authorisation) and have bought the white goods (cooker, fridge, tv washing m/c etc). Also the furniture has been ordered and should be delivered within the next few weeks.
I used a UK agent Avila Taylor and found Paul Taylor to be very helpful and is now helping with the furniture and making sure everything is 100% complete within the property, such as installing the a/c and finishing the tiles, which took longer than promised by the builder.
I plan to return to Tunisia in May to finalise the purchase of crocks, cutlery etc etc ready for holiday letting from June.
