i want to take my laptop home to tunisia and im not sure about the connection i live in an old village its not a tourist place how do i get connection to hse and does anyone know what it would cost

Hi ya,

I bought my laptop with me from the UK.

I have internet connection via Planet (Wanadoo), though we originally set our internet up when we were living in a village in Tunis and were now in Sousse, they were quite slow on bringing the internet to us, but we got it eventually and we pay 75 dinar every 3 months for ADSL which has no limited access so you can be online 24/7, however be aware that whilst they are connecting the ADSL they offer you a dial up service, well I used that for a while and got a fantastic bill through for just a mere 400 dinar!! We also have to pay 20 dinar a month to Telecom for the internet connection. The connection is not too bad though can be a little dodgy at times but safe to say they are doing a good job and you can now set up the internet in many villages.
