Hi.
We are Dave and Bob, living in Gloucestershire, UK. We have been frequent visitors to Tunisia (Hammamet, Port el Kantaoui, Skanes and Djerba), and have decided to look for a property to buy in Hergla or Chott Merriem in order to spend time in Tunisia when we retire in a couple of years.
We could do with some advice on this, and wonder if there if a specific forum for property buyers, or can anyone offer tips and advice?

there is a magazine that you get when you normally with tunisian airline;tunis air there where you get all the ads of the new property developements in tunisia and the developper 's website ,you need to get the advice about the procedure of the sale,i alrady set up a company in the uk as state agent for promoting the tunisian properties and hopfully by next year i'll be with a stand in show home properties a broad at the excel in london in ,we already got some verbal agreement for promoting some of the new developements like the new marina in gammarth which will be ready by 2009,

Just saw that you are in the process of some new developements in gammarth that is really good because in my opinion theres not that much there unless you go to la marsa which i think is really nice and they have plenty of really nice shops. I like the fact that they have moniprix for shopping, moniprix for kids and the also had moniprix for the home excellent.

hi roulla ,aslama labas? i just wanted to say that i'm only trying to put my hand on that project just to promote it a broad in some show homes a broad,because once that marina will be built in gammart it will attract further new projects and it will be a new attraction for peaple to invest in properties, write to you soon
Hi issam snowahelek lebeis shaallah ! I am really pleased for you , i also think that it would be a really good idea to promote Tunisia so that people from all over but especially greek people from cyprus i always sais that i should promote this as i can speak to the clients in greek.
