On travelling back to the UK you will be told that you cannot take any Dinar through to departures lounge and to get rid of it all which we did. Then once in the departures lounge if you have any type of emergency as we did ( 7 hour delay) and need to use the pay phones you are well and truly stuffed as they only take 1TD coins. So please take a few 1td coins through with you just in case you need to use a phone.

I was always under the impression you would be allowed 30 but no more as some people like to take notes for collections.

I can only go from the information given to us by our holiday reps on the way back to the airport and they said your not allowed to take any Dinar into departures. We may have been mis-informed by our operators and would be suprised by this. We travelled with Panorama ( my travel ) group and have now got ongoing issues with them about our return flights and how they handled it, Maybe Kris you could put a tour operator review section on the forum it may help some people who dont know who to book through.
