Hi how much would it cost by taxi to go from monastir to tunis?

Hi there,

Nobody use a Taxi to travel from a city to another ... because then it costs too expensive, mostly we use the Taxi's in the city, because they charge people by meter ... and that's expensive ... However for travelling from a city to another you can use :

1- Louage : a car standing in a known place in each city (Station) and each car has its destination, for example you would find spaces within the station, a space where you can find all louages going to Tunis, Kairouan ....
Those are not expensive at all , from Monastir to Tunis , it can never be more than 6 Euros (8 Dinars )

2- The Train : it goes in specific time ... i used it my whole life once ... and i never liked it ... i like more the louage .. it's cheap as well.

3- Rent car : you can rent a car yourself and drive it to Tunis ... a Polo 5 ( Brand new ) for less than 35 Euro's aday

4- plane : there are regular internal flights between cities ..
