Default Hi

Well it is actually varying, this is the coldest it has been so soon since Ive lived here, though today was dry at least but its still raining abnormally! So you cant really say as the weather is changing so much in every country! only 2 weeks ago Tunisia was hit with the worst storms that caused major flooding, so you cant predict what it will be like in the future. As always the summer is very hot but Im a sun freak so for me its just great, it can reach extreme temperatures in August. Who know's what will happen, but for now Im enjoying the summer and hating the winter

Issam it sounds beautiful to be to be looking at the Spanish coastline. What is it like? Our water here is full of beaches. We have a strong surf and tides that flow with the moon.

hi grace,i've been living between spain and the uk for a while,i've lived in costa del sol benalmedina costa for a while i expanded my business there and whenever i'm there i i travel along the coast, toramalinos, fuenguarola, marbella, malaga, but after while i wanted to make my move back and to keep it between tunisia and the uk,the truth of the matter i found spain is only good for couple of days and that 's it,i did not like the beach at all i was caught in a routine then i left some of my employers who are british to do the job but they even decided it was not what they expected, me personlly i prefer my good time in yasmine hammamet rather than the costa del sol,i love the beachs in tunisia ;white sandy beaches ,clean waters, good night life ,a lot to do. i'm saying this is not because i'm tunisian but it's the truth, even living there it got very expensive when they changed to euro, house prices went up in spain and after talking to peaple reading newspapers a lot of peaple were taken to the cleaners in spain and that's why i decided to invest in properties in tunisia what ever you get is worth the money.

Hello Issam - the properties in Tunisia are worth the money. You've spent time on many trips back and forth to Spain. You wouldn't want to lose money on your investment. Here in the US the properties value vary according to the area you live in.

This house of mine is second time we have bought a property here. We've been married 17 years. We have had this house for a rental property first for 4 years, then last year we bought it. It was a miracle for us to do it.

There is nothing like it in the world. Being a renter is okay, but owning something that's yours is better.
