I don't usually take Immodium out there, the last time we just bought something that the local chemist recomended & it worked - fast. lol

I never drink the tap water when in Hammaet and neither does my husband who is Tunisian. We always buy bottled water to drink. Only on one occasion did I drink the local water when I went to visit my in laws and boy was I sick

Normally I always bring Immodium with me where ever I go, better to be on the safe side. But I've never had to use it, not even in Bangladesh were most of my collegues gets problems with theire stomaches. So one time going to Tunisia I left the Immodium at home, OMG what I regretted that. By mistake I drank tapped water and my stomache got sooooo bad.
