Default Charging your mobile etc. in Tunisia

Is it OK to just use an ordinary adaptor to charge mobile phone and camcorder battery in Tunisia or do I need anything extra ? Any advise appreciated. Also, what should I expect to pay for a SIM in Hammamet.

Default Hi

Hi,

You can also use your tunisian sim card in the UK, as Tunisiana is linked with T-mobile, Orange and Vodafone, you just let them know that you may use it in Uk or roaming, however I do this when I visit the UK but it is very expensive to text and call from the UK, though for the Tunisians to text to you on the sim card its not too bad. Probably makes no difference for some people but just to let you know as for me personally I only now use my Tunisian sim card as I live here and just saves the hassle of changing numbers when I go home to visit.

It's good to know about roaming charges when you are traveling there. I got a prepaid one that I use. The part I like is no hidden charges. You pay up front for what you use.
