Help please!

Hi to all been reading the posts and there very haelpful, just one thing that i would like someone to help me with.
My wife and i are going to Port el Kantoui on the 18th july but we are travelling with our 4 yr old girl. Will it be safe for us to go out and about in the evenings????

Kantoui is very safe and as long as you take the care you would in any new place you will be fine. Tunisia is very child friendly and safe and I have never had any problems.

The main advice would be to keep an eye on the traffic as you get a lot of fast scooters in Tunisia (not unlike italy) so just make sure the little one is ok around the roads.

Hello,

Tunisia is very child friendly so you should be fine with your 4 year old daughter, just take the same precautions as you would with your daughter anywhere else.

Like Kris said be careful of the traffic as lots of Tunisians walk in the road themselves so Tunisian drivers are used to this and expect you to move out the way as Tunisians do.

You will have a fantastic time. I first went to Tunisia in 2001 with my family (brother was 7yrs).I met my now husband there and lived there for several months and loved it. I now return twice every year to visit my in laws and friends and I love it more each time.

It's for sure safe .... i think in the evening is safer than during the day ... in the evening is cool .. during the day is too hot for a kid ... for everything else .. don't worry about anything ... just go and have fun man
