When you say "papers" above are you talking about your actual license? I am curious as to what else you might need if you are a foreigner visiting and wanted to rent a car. I have never been out of the States so I am not to sure if a license is just what you need? I couldn't think of what else might be needed but you never know. Thanks
And depending on if you are going to book online or wait till you arrive, you can use your credit/bank card for the 500 dinar deposit (normally 500 dinar) or if you dont have a card you can give them cash.
