Hi Ginabeena37.

Me and my husband have stayed in Le Zenith which is on the exact same plot at Kinza in October last year. If you are after a cheep holiday then its ok... its located about a 5 minute taxi ride from Nabeul.. its not central quite a distance from the centre of Hammamet .. approx 10-15 mins max in a taxi. Its not a busy place either.
We stayed all inclusive for 1 week and found it ok. The rooms are very clean and basic, everyday the maid came and provided fresh towels etc the TV's have to paid for extra if you want one 5dinar per day it was.. you also have to pay a deposit of 30 dinar for the remote you do get it back when you hand the remote back in at the end of your stay.
The outside of the hotel looks like it could do with a bit of work but the pool area was always kept nice and clean.
The resturant - the food was typical hotel stuff but it was nice and the opening times were not exactly best for my husbands strange eating times. There is a coffee shop between resturant and main bar .. its rather nice. There is a few resturants about 5mins down the road if you fancy a walk out..

The staff are really nice and could not do enough for us! The evening entertainment was ok a little boring at times but it was ok for a laugh. The bar was filled with locally produced alcohol and if you wanted spirits they had to be paid for extra even though we were all inclusive. All the drinks in the disco have to be paid for too... even the water ... after 11pm all drinks have to be bought from the disco.
The disco!!! well what can I say .... it gets full of local tunisians and they spend half of the night staring at you! its not very clean either.

The beach is about a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel and looked very clean.. due to the time of year we were there it was not the weather to be on the beach!!
The water park is also close by too .. it was not open when we were there.

If there is anything you would like to know ill be happy to help.

Rachel

thanks for the reply
is it near to the dar khayam?
the drink and disco are not of importance to me as my husband and i are non drinkers, we liked the omar/dar khayam and the area it is in, maybe we will return to this hotel, i just thought i would ask as the kinza is half the price.
thanks again
