i have stayed at this hotel 3 times and find it to be good value and clean with great staff. the animation team really do work sooo hard and the shows are really funny.
There is plenty for kids and sam is great with them.
I remember Chagui! i actually have quite a lot of pics of him with the lads and my dad and aunty who took a real shine to him. He is a lovely guy. Congrats suverney71 :-)

i have been twice to this hotel and love it and i am going back for new year i have 2 children age 13 and 7 and they love the place i never see them staff are friendly and rooms are basic but clean food depends what you expect i can not complain about food never had any problems with dodgy tummy lol. if you have a sea view room you will have a sea view beautiful. the other attraction for me is my fiance who i marry in january. hope this helps if you want to know more gladly help .
i stay at this hotel alot and havent had any problems yes rooms basic plenty of food and staff freindly and animation team great back 31st dec cant wait to see my fiance lol and become his wife
