site: a building in a very calm district in the city el korniche in Sousse (in front of the office of employement of Sousse) 60 meters from the beach boujaafar and 150 meters from the centre of Sousse , 9 km from the tourist zone of el kantaoui, 20 km far from the airport of Monastir.

a month = 4 weeks means 28 days + 2 or 3 days. so if you pay two times two weeks, you'll pay for 28 days ( 4 weeks) and not 30 or 31 days, so it's very normal that the rental's price of 4 weeks (28 days) is cheaper than the one of a month (30/31 days).
