Its nice to know more words, the only ones me and his mum keep saying apart from aslema and bislema are Ha eh bak barcha barcha, Twahashtek and Shniya ahwalek? Need to add a few more words to my vocabulary

i have to say its quite hard when you get a bit older to learn something new it just doesnt want to stay in your head.

i think its gonna take me a while to master this one but i wont give up

thank you. im sure i would learn quicker if i taught myself but wanted to do it properly with a teacher and i am learning all the characters and numbers so best i think to start from absolute beginners specially since im going to be livign there later on in life, might take longer this way but im sure it is best for me

I've always found the discipline of teacher/tutor or going to classes the best option for me rather than trying to learn at home. I'm too easily distracted I guess!

During my first winter in Tunisia, I contacted Sousse University and found a language professor who did one to one tuition on the basics of Tunisian Arabic. Didn't get as far as the written work though.

I tried arabic lessons a while ago - found them really hard not sure if it was because i missed a couple of classes as i was away but i gave up.....am looking for a new class now as i'm feeling determined so if anyone knows of one around northants/leicester way please let me know..........
am aware that london run a few courses but very patchy elsewhere in the country
