I been told that you can't use a mobile phone in Mahdia, as the connection and signal are bad. This is a place that i would love to visit.

Hi Bonnie and welcome!

Any time I've been to Mahdia, I've never had a problem using my mobile - was there also at the time of Tsunami and the weather was wild and still didn't have a problem.

Are you going to visit Mahdia?

Smile ohhhh Mahdia!

Hi Essem!

Oh what a description you made!
Mahdia is the place I want to visit this summer, as I have made some friends who live there. I hope I will have a great time, as I believe this is a great place. I want like crazy to see the everyday life of the locals and taste the local cuisine. I want to visit the wonderful beaches with crystal clear waters. My friend Chokri has told me so!
Oh I really want to visit Mahdia!

Mahdia is semi close to where I live and we go there sometimes just for a change of scenery. Cafè Sidi Salem is probably the most visited cafè because of it's location and beautiful view of the Sea. Mahdia also has a very nice (but very sweet) local pastry called Brik Mahdia.
