Hi everyone am getting married in september, any advice would be gratefully received. Its all so confusing,have done impediment at registry office in uk, got birth certificate but after reading forum now know this no good and must get one nearer the time. Wot are the chances of getting a settlement visa once married i rent my home and am currently on benefits as ive been ill but am planning to return to work after my next operation.
