Hi Nicola, Sparkle suggested i pm u. My fiance was turned down today for his visa as I had not been able to produce my final divorce paper, despite being able to prove it was going through. We now think we will marry in Tunisia once i have this as it seems pointless to apply again when we willthen have to apply for the 2yr settlement visa. Can you advise on getting married in Tunisia, also i have read that in order for him to come to the UK he must not claim money form public funds, does this apply to me child benefit is classed as a pubic fund as is automatically given to all parents in the UK, or do you think we should appeal agains the decision i am tatally devasted at the moment and sad any advice gratly appreciated. Karen
