In Hammamet Sud I like the "Bedouina" the athmosphere is just great but I am not sure if it is open "off peak" season
About Lablabi it's a chick peas based recipe actually it is made with only chick peas that are cooked for long hours untill they are unrecognizable(sorry if I am inventing a word lol)
