Forgive me ,Irene, for my concern, but we wouldn't want to lose you. If it known to be dangerous country, then I would avoid it. Perhaps in the future, things may change. I certainly hope so.
Irene, i would be a little concerned with visitng Algeria, there were a couple of bombs at the end of the year in Algiers but can understand your husband wanting to visit the graves. And Glencoe in this weather must have been fun
Irene I was wondering how Scotland was? I have never been there before, but I have seen pictures of it. It was very beautiful and lush. The people have quite the accent too. Have you decided about visiting Algeria?
I Visited there years ago (Irvine) and was Married to a Scotsman....
although he was a miserable git..... the people there are very friendly and you get a lovely welcome!
I agree, Grace if u get the chance then go visit
Well maybe someday we'll meet up. You can give me the Scottish tour. We could go have lunch and a drink. You could show me the sites and sounds of Scotland. It would be unforgettable and I 'll take 6 rolls of film.
