Tunisia was re-elected as a member of the World Tourism Organisation Executive Committee for a four-year period.
The Tunisian delegation was led by Tourism Minister khelil Lajimi who conferred with WTO secretary general Francesco Frangialli,on the sidelines of the meeting.
One of the important items of the 17th general assembly agenda was to boost co-operation with tunisia and its readiness to work out in various fields of mutual interest in the year 2008.
