It's great news Kelly that there may be a law soon to stop butchers to hung their animals in front of their shops but the snag is you (if you are a connaisseur)won't be able to check if the animal is male or female, small or big, good or bad. Butchers will be able to sell you anything pretending it's good meat! :-)
NB: This doesn't mean by hunging the animal, the consumers won't be ripped off!
Hi. I've eaten at a roadside BBQ and it was just delicious. The place was basic and they were killing the sheep a few hundred yards away (they were so busy) but the food tasted wonderful. This was between Sidi Bou Sid and Kasserine. Highly recommended!
