Default Popular Health Food Items

Each country and each culture have their own ideas about health food. What are the food items that are popular in Tunisia? Is the vitamin supplement industry as large in Tunisia as it is in the USA?

Most of the Tunisia dishes are spicy and Couscous is the most popular dish while there are many other dishes that are popular like Harissa, Lalabli, Brik, Chorba, Tagine, Yo-yo etc....

I don't know what some of these dishes are (I'd love to find out!) but I had decided earlier today to have Couscous for lunch. Can't wait! Yo-yo sounds
especially intriguing... what is it exactly?

Couscous is one dish prepared in Tunisia, you get to read about it over here: http://i-cias.com/e.o/couscous.htm. You can find some receipes online googling....check out http://www.ochef.com/38.htm for some simple receipes.
