I have to say that since my fiance and I have started looking into how to go about getting married in Tunisia (and in England to compare which would be better for us) I have found myself getting completely confused. I am soooo glad I came across your posts as it's starting to make sense now. Congratulations to those who have managed!! Can I just ask though, what is a Bulletin 3?
It's the equivalent to our Criminal Records Bureau check - it would be preferable (if not essential I would imagine in the current political climate) that a man's Bulletin 3 is 'clean' in order to apply for a UK visa. Hope that helps!
