feefad, he took an ESOL 1 exam which was speaking and listening, got a certificate for that, then he enrolled on the ESOL 2. He got a letter from the college saying that his ESOL 1 included topics on Life in the UK, he also got a letter confirming that he had enrolled on the ESOL 2 and was advancing to that level. Then we had to provide another letter to the Border Immigration Agency confirming how he was assessed before he got on ESOL 1!
Trulymadlydeeply, we paid £750 for a postal decision, rather than the £950 face to face one!
