Wedding in Tunisia

Hi everyone,
I am living and working in Oman and my fiance and I want to get married in Tunisia. Does anyone have any information about hotels/resorts that offer wedding packages?

It's not quite clear by your message if any one of you is a Tunisian citizen? If not, it might be impossible. As for wedding packages I really don't know - I know a hotel that's recommended for honeymooners, but since one you has to be a citizen for Tunisian authorities to allow a wedding (as far as I know; two people from my country for instance can not get married in Tunisia) there is little need for a wedding package offer as such... but many people celebrate their weddings in hotel restaurants, so I suppose a lot of hotels could help you with that, but of course not with anything involving authorities. As far as the technicalities of getting married go, there is a lot of info under Culture/Tunisian Family Life/Marriage, or under Forums Weddings/Friends/Visa Issues, if you choose toe see posts dating at least 90 days back. Finaally gor my wedding dress for the english part of the wedding soooooo excited i leave for tunisia in 4 weeks to do all the papers, and me and my fella can legally stay together in an hotel..hooray still keep forgetting how to spell and pronounce my soon to be new surname ...........
