Default Tunisians Outside Tunisia

By far the most popular topic on the forum is marriage and relationships.

Now that myself and Hajer have been married for 10 months it is interesting to see how she has settled in especially as she is pregnant and not been able to go home as often as usual.

I was wondering how Tunisians find it in the UK and other places where they live and how people married to Tunisians fee that their spouses find it in the UK.

Fingers crossed Haje will find her way off the couch and onto the computer somtime soon to tell her yourself her thoughts but so far from listening to her complain her thoughts are thus.

Pros:

UK is clean
Lots of nightclubs and places to go
roads are nice
More shops in Norwich than Tunis (modern ones)
loves Tesco and cinemas
clothes are cheaper than Tunisia

Cons:

Its cold
Its soo expensive
people are not as likely to come round and visit (not unfriendly but keep distance)
Dentists are expensive and hard to visit
rules or everything and fines on top
everyone seemes stressed.
I only have one hour for lunch at work
Watermelons a £2.98!!!!

...... to be continued

When my hubby first came here he wasnt sure about anything at first but grew to love the soaps ie: Eastenders, Coronation Street & Fish & chips and Sunday roast,Only complaints really was about the cold and being very expensive..
How is Hajer's pregnancy progressing and how long does she have left?
Hope she is well and not too stressed and missing Tunisia too much..
Best wishes
xx

She is a bit depressed she is used to her mum doing everything for her and as mine is a business woman she is no stand in.

In the 35 week now and Her mum and sister are coming for a visit and i hope that will raise her spirits :-)

Aww It's a normal thing to want our mums around us at time like this and hormones all over the place, will they be coming in time for the birth?
You'll just have to tend to her needs in the best way u can til they arrive as she's probably a bit anxious being her first pregnancy and all...... plenty of massages and rest for her now during her final weeks.. All four of my children were born within the first five months of the year so I never carried through summer......phew!

Hiya the big burp,

Thats correct you need to purchase a return ticket or when you arrive in the U.K at passport control you will be turn away. You can get an open ended ticket from British Airways which can last up to 3 months thats what my fiance purchased. Any other Questions do not hesitate to ask.

Thanks Rachael

By the way this is when we was on a holiday visa soz!!
